Exercise Performance

My experience in exercise nutrition began when I worked for the University of Oregon’s Athletic Department from 2007 -2009.  I have continued to apply my knowledge to clients, and to myself.  I have cycled competitively and trained for long distance running and cycling events.  I now look forward to helping you enhance your exercise performance.
